Rest and Digest is a warming bitters blend that aids digestion by reducing bloating and gas after meals and calming the nervous system down prior to eating. 

Ingredients: Angelica root (Angelica archangelica), Yellow gentian (Gentiana lutea), Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Cane alcohol, water.

Contraindications: Do not use during pregnancy, hypothyroidism, hyperacidity/GERD, CMS Syndrome or Asteraceae allergy.

Dosage: 10-20 drops before or during meals. Can add to water.
