Offering patient-focused care in a beautiful and supportive environment. Providing services in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Clinical Counselling, Psychology, Holistic Nutrition, and Registered Massage Therapy. Patients will have access to a team of practitioners to help them reach their wellness goals all under one roof. It is our goal to facilitate patient-centered and compassionate care in an environment where all clients feel safe, seen and heard.

    The first time I walked into the clinic I felt immediately at ease and welcomed. The facility itself is brilliantly designed and contributes to a wonderful patient experience. I have worked with both Sasha Ormiston and Dr. Amelia Patillo and would unhesitatingly recommend both practitioners to anyone who is looking to take their wellness to the next level through naturopathy and acupuncture.

    I initially saw Amelia for gut health concerns, and by following her treatment plan that was focused on adding gut health promoting foods and supplements rather than elimination (which I was thrilled about). Within a month of following her treatment plan I started to notice a massive shift in my body and the issues I initially came to her with have since resolved. I continue to work with her on an as needed basis focusing on optimizing fertility and maintaining good health.

    I have been a patient of Sasha's since 2020, and she's helped me tremendously with managing injuries from previous car accidents, muscle overuse issues, stress, and optimizing fertility. Sasha is the world's greatest listener, the ultimate cheerleader and an incredible acupuncturist. I always leave her table feeling 100x better than when I got there, and I am so grateful I was referred to her by a friend.

Sasha was the first person I ever visited for acupuncture, and it was the most amazing experience from day one. She is the most compassionate, caring, and genuine person to be around. Her presence is so safe and calming, and she holds space for you allowing you to feel heard and seen. She is so knowledgeable and her treatments are incredibly therapeutic and relaxing. My experience has always been wonderful, leaving me with lasting benefits that support my emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Sasha’s magic has helped support me with sleep, stress, and other physical and emotional aspects in my life. Acupuncture has become my favourite form of self-care thanks to Sasha and her amazing clinic. I’m endlessly grateful for her and I always look forward to my appointments.

CLOUD DANCE is a nutrient rich botanical facial cream serum. Cloud Dance comes as a two part system - a pump bottle of cream serum and a dropper bottle of oil booster.

CLOUD DANCE BOTANICAL CREAM SERUM

Cloud Dance is a light but rich facial cream that contains a blend of organic mushroom and wild herbal extracts, oat and squalane oils, and 1% bakuchiol. Scented with Blue tansy oil.

Cloud Dance can be used layered before a moisturizer or as a stand alone light moisturizer.

BAKUCHI OIL BOOSTER

This oil booster contains 2% bakuchiol in a very stable oil base, and is meant to be added to the cream serum during each use. To use, add two to three pumps of the cream serum to the palm of your hand and blend with 3-5 drops of the oil booster. Massage into your skin until fully absorbed.

DO NOT apply the oil booster directly to your skin without first blending it with the cream serum base.

Bakuchiol is a natural alternative to retinol without all the often detrimental side effects and sun sensitivity that can be caused by retinol. It has no relation to retinol and shares no molecular links but it provides the same potent skin benefits - evening skin tone, fading dark spots, helping manage acne, stimulating cellular turnover, and increasing collagen production. Because bakuchiol does not cause the same negative side effects as high dose retinol has been known to do, it can be used morning and/or night on all skin types.

*a 24 hour patch test is recommended to ensure no skin sensitivities exist*
