Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Acupuncture is a whole healing system that has been utilized for thousands of years to help bring our bodies into energetic balance and in turn promote healing and optimal functioning. Acupuncture is based on a system of energetic channels that run through the body like rivers, and when the energy or “qi” is flowing smoothly then the body is considered to be in a balanced and healthy state.

Facial Acupuncture & Microneedling

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is a 100% natural and safe form of anti-aging that has been around for thousands of years. It helps to improve muscle tone and dermal contraction in the face and neck as well as increases elastin production helping to firm the skin and fill out wrinkles. Bags and sagging around the eyes, face and neck can be significantly reduced and toned up by substantially increasing the circulation to the head. These treatments give the face a youthful glow and balanced complexion. But the reason these treatments are so incredible is we are treating your body holistically from the inside out.

Registered Massage Therapy

Our team of skilled and experienced registered massage therapists (RMTs) use a variety of techniques to help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall body function. We offer a range of services to meet your unique needs with our practitioners supporting a variety of patterns like pain, injury, stress, pregnancy and much more.

Therapeutic Abdominal Massage (RMT)

This gentle, focused massage supports circulation, relaxation, and a deeper connection to the core of the body. Rooted in techniques informed by Arvigo® training and traditional abdominal massage practices, this treatment offers nurturing touch to a space that may hold tension, emotion, or energetic heaviness. Many clients seek this work for support with digestion, menstrual rhythm, or emotional grounding. It can be especially soothing during times of stress, transition, or when the body is calling for softness and care.

Craniosacral Therapy (RMT)

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that supports the body’s natural rhythms by working with the craniosacral flow of cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

CST relieves tension in the Central Nervous System where the brain, spine, and nerves live and function. This decrease in tension promotes a deep sense of relaxation, making it an excellent treatment to encourage emotional well-being.

In addition to this deep relaxation of the nervous system, CST can aid in decreasing muscle pain, help to relieve headaches and post-concussion symptoms.

CST allows the innate wisdom of the body to guide the treatment, leading to an increase of inherent self-regulation, self-correction, and self-healing.

Our practitioners work with clients to identify their problems, develop strategies to address them, and help clients make positive changes in their lives. They may use various therapeutic approaches to help their clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based treatments.

Reiki and Sound Therapy

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that encourages a gentle flow of energy throughout the body. In a session, the practitioner uses a light touch or places hands just above the body to support natural energy movement, aiming to promote calm, ease, and balance. Many people find Reiki to be a deeply restful experience, allowing time and space for relaxation. Whether used to complement other wellness practices or as a standalone session, Reiki is valued for its simple, quiet approach to fostering inner peace and a grounded sense of well-being.
