Ingredients: Milky oats (Avena sativa), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Cinnamon.  cane alcohol, water.

Contraindications: Pregnancy, Hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, hemochromatosis, sensitivity to nightshades. Caution in celiac disease.

Dosage/instructions: 7.5 mL twice a day in a little warm water or tea.
