Release is a formula to nourish the body and mind during periods of stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Vervain and Passionflower help to reduce mental overactivity, nervous muscle tension and anxiety, while Ashwagandha, Siberian ginseng and Licorice support the adrenal glands.

Ingredients: Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Vervain (Verbena officinalis), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), cane alcohol, water.

Contraindications: Hyperthyroidism, hemochromatosis, sensitivity to nightshades, acute viral infections, hypertension, pregnancy, edema.

Dosage: 7.5mL twice a day. Can add to a little water, tea or juice.
