To help nourish the body and support blood building. Useful for those with low iron and fatigue. Build will help to halt any spotting or bleeding in between cycles, support the adrenals and increase pelvic circulation to reduce heavy clotting and inflammation. We recommend people take take Build for a minimum of 1-3 months for best results.

Ingredients: Rehmannia (Rehmannia shu), Dong quai (Angelica sinensis), Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum spp), water, cane alcohol.

Contraindications: Acute viral infections, pregnancy (1st trimester), anti-coagulants, heavy menstrual bleeds, bile duct obstruction, cholecystitis, intestinal obstruction.

Dosage: 7.5 mL 2x/day (1 dropper = 1mL). Can add to a little water or tea. Shake before use. Can add to a little water, tea or juice. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
