To help relax the uterine muscles and ease pain associated with menstrual cramps.

 Ingredients:  Crampbark (Viburnum opulus), Corydalis (Corydalis ambigua), Ginger (Zingiber officinale), water, cane alcohol.

Contraindications: Pregnancy, gallstones, anti-coagulants. 

Dosage: 5mL (1 dropper = 1mL) as needed during acute cramps up to 3 times a day. Shake before use. Can add to a little water, tea or juice. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not use during pregnancy. Not recommended for children under the age of 12. Consult a healthcare provider if you are taking any medications or have any health conditions prior to using this product.
