About Nicole:

I take an integrative approach to health – this means I treat the body as a whole system. This includes assessing your history, your current situation, your concerns, as well as, sleep patterns, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.

My goal is to educate women about their options and the concerns a pelvic health physiotherapist can help with. I believe it is important to build an effective client-provider relationship through trust, comfort, and communication, with an ultimate goal of creating an appropriate, evidence-based plan to address your needs.
