Nurture and Flo Wellness Clinic Covid-19 SafetY Plan and Protocols

Outlined here are the Nurture and Flo Wellness Clinic Covid-19 Safety Plan and Protocols we are implementing in order to keep our patients and practitioners safe. Policies are in place to follow current governing body, WorkSafe and BCDCC guidelines. We will continue to monitor these sources in order to stay on top of current recommendations. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any point.

Prior to your appointment:

• Patients are required to complete a Covid-19 screening questionnaire within 24 hours prior to their appointment, sent to you by email. If you are exhibiting any signs or symptoms related to Covid-19 we will assist you in rescheduling your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will be waived at this time for patients who are exhibiting cold or flu symptoms.

• Our practitioners are also doing daily screenings to monitor their health. If they are unable to come in due to illness you will be contacted as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding for last minute appointment changes at this time.

When You Arrive for Your Appointment:

  • Please try and arrive no more than one or two minutes prior to your appointment to limit other patient interactions in the clinic space.

  • All practitioners and patients are required to wear masks, if you do not have one then a mask will be provided to you.

  • Upon entering the office, please use the health-authority approved hand sanitizer located just to the right of the front door upon entering. You are also welcome to wash your hands in the washroom past the kitchenette if you prefer.

  • If you are in the waiting space with another patient please try and maintain 2m separation between you.

  • Although all forms of payment are being taken, we appreciate you using contact free payments like debit, credit or our online payment system through our booking system.

  • A detailed sanitization process of treatment spaces is completed between each patient. All high touch surfaces are routinely sanitized as well, following public health guidelines.
